Job Overview

The EPR Executive will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance programs, particularly under Plastic Waste Management Rules, E-Waste Management Rules, and Battery Waste Management Rules. The role includes coordination with clients, recyclers, and regulatory bodies to ensure legal compliance, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end EPR compliance management for clients under Plastic, E-waste, and Battery Waste Management Rules.
  • Coordinate with recyclers, PROs (Producer Responsibility Organizations), and vendors to ensure proper documentation and traceability of waste.
  • Maintain and update records related to procurement, collection, recycling, and disposal.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual compliance reports to SPCBs/PCCs and CPCB through online portals (e.g., CPCB EPR Portal).
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect necessary data and documents for EPR registration and filing.
  • Monitor recycling certificates and ensure they are obtained and verified as per compliance targets.
  • Track regulatory updates from CPCB, MoEF&CC, and SPCBs and suggest necessary internal updates.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by environmental regulatory authorities.
  • Contribute to client reports, proposals, and presentations related to EPR strategy and compliance.

Qualifications& Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in environmental compliance or EPR-related roles.
  • Familiarity with EPR rules and Regulations for E-waste, Battery waste, Tyre waste and Used oil Waste as well as CPCB guidelines in this regards.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CPCB/SPCB EPR portals.
  • Understanding of circular economy and sustainability frameworks.
  • Exposure to environmental documentation handling.

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team as Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager – Technical (EIA). The selected candidates will be responsible for leading and managing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects across diverse sectors including Mining, Cement, Pipeline, and Thermal Power. This role demands strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a thorough understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee EIA projects for Mining, Cement, Pipeline, and Thermal Power sectors.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential environmental impacts and mitigation strategies.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop effective Environmental Management Plans (EMPs).
  • Prepare, review, and submit EIA reports and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adherence to local, national, and international environmental laws and guidelines.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities for obtaining environmental clearances and approvals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, ecologists, geologists, etc.) for comprehensive impact evaluations.
  • Provide technical inputs and guidance to ensure sustainable and compliant project execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate public consultations on environmental concerns.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 2–10 years in conducting and managing EIAs, preferably in Mining, Cement, Pipeline, or Thermal Power sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of EIA protocols, environmental legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in obtaining environmental permits and working with government authorities.
  • Proficiency in environmental modeling tools and GIS applications.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • QCI-NABET accredited EIA Coordinator (Mining, Cement, Pipeline, Thermal Power, etc.).
  • Recognized Functional Area Expert (FAE) under QCI-NABET.
  • Certification in Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
  • Knowledge of air and water quality management, biodiversity conservation, carbon footprint analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
