Job Overview

The Executive/Assistant Manager-BD will be responsible for driving business growth through identification of new opportunities, managing client relationships, and handling tendering processes for environmental and sustainability services. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders and EOIs, alongside supporting key business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the areas of EPR compliance, ESG consulting, environmental monitoring, and sustainability solutions.
  • Research government and private sector tenders on platforms like GEM, CPP, and state e-tender portals; coordinate for participation.
  • Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical and commercial bids, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for preparing proposals, project estimations, and scope documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in negotiation and closure of contracts, MoUs, and agreements.
  • Support in drafting business proposals, presentations, and capability statements.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the company’s services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and convert them into opportunities.
  • Maintain proper documentation and CRM records of all BD activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in related fields.
  • 0-3 years of experience in business development, tendering, or client acquisition roles preferably in environmental or sustainability domain.
  • Basic understanding of environmental compliance, EPR, or ESG services is an advantage.

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team as Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager/Sr. Manager – Technical (EIA). The selected candidates will be responsible for leading and managing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects across diverse sectors including Mining, Cement, Pipeline, and Thermal Power. This role demands strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a thorough understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee EIA projects for Mining, Cement, Pipeline, and Thermal Power sectors.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential environmental impacts and mitigation strategies.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop effective Environmental Management Plans (EMPs).
  • Prepare, review, and submit EIA reports and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adherence to local, national, and international environmental laws and guidelines.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities for obtaining environmental clearances and approvals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, ecologists, geologists, etc.) for comprehensive impact evaluations.
  • Provide technical inputs and guidance to ensure sustainable and compliant project execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate public consultations on environmental concerns.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in conducting and managing EIAs, preferably in Mining, Cement, Pipeline, or Thermal Power sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of EIA protocols, environmental legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in obtaining environmental permits and working with government authorities.
  • Proficiency in environmental modeling tools and GIS applications.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • QCI-NABET accredited EIA Coordinator (Mining, Cement, Pipeline, Thermal Power, etc.).
  • Recognized Functional Area Expert (FAE) under QCI-NABET.
  • Certification in Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
  • Knowledge of air and water quality management, biodiversity conservation, carbon footprint analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
